This is how my graduate education had been for me. On my first attempt; I was on a slippery slope. At this point, upon my second attempt, I am succeeding, I am almost done. What made the difference? The slope is still slippery, but what changes the failure to success made? It must be that I must have learnt from my previous failure. What did I learn? I learnt to be graceful at every step I take. I did not crib nor cry, I put my effort and tried again. I did not give up (I could have), instead I took the challenge and journeyed it again.
I believe we all have some slippery slopes in our lives, for me it is education and for others...it could be something else. I think the best approaches towards these difficult slopes are to try again when you fail. Failure is not to be seen as a negative element, it actually provides feedback to things that require more attention than others. What are your slippery slopes?

Slippery slopes are ideal for skiing..I especially love the moguls on our vapid modern social landscape..we are struggling to break free from our past but it is hard to go skiing with one foot on the gondola...anyway it is very interesting watching everyone rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
You have the Greatest avatar thingamabob EVER! and I am insanely jealous that I didn't think of that.
